The article deals with the problem of studying structures and evolutions ecological chains at level microorganisms using mathematical computer models. Several models have been constructed based on laws biological kinetics. Computer experiments were developed these Mathematical describing dependence concentration bacterial biomass, substrates protozoa time created. With help Mathcad package, graphical solutions obtained analyzed. Graphs states changes in rate penetration nutrient substrate into system created studied. mutual competition 6 different bacteria environment. parameters characterizing biomass each bacterium established. This parameter included: saturation constant bacteria, protozoa, maximum value specific growth economic coefficient protozoa. Graphical solution These characterize dynamics biomass.
